I developed a swollen finger over the weekend, I needed a GP appointment today. I tried four times on the dot of 8 am before getting through, then queued for 5 minutes, during which time I was informed of my place in the queue. It will be busy at that time on a Monday, that's how it is, get over it. I have an appointment for 1030. All in all well played
Our baby had fever and rash, they refused to see him and sent us to a&e in colchester because we were not registered with them.... Incredible to hear such thing from a "doctor" .... what happened to the Hippocratic Oath???
