Lovely place. Friendly service, great ambience and had the best chowder.
Went yesterday, basically because we were going somewhere else and it was shut! However, I was particularly looking to have Seafood Chowder and it was on the menu here and was very good! My Son was visiting from Canada and He used to have a Fish Restaurant and was wanting to have Fish , He had the Prawns and reckoned the Batter was the best He ever had. So we had a lovely meal and I will definitely go back and when my Son visits again We will make The Coast Our first Port of call!The Staff were very good too and the decor nice and bright!
I love this pub. I always visit on boxing day and in the summer. Clientele are friendly as are the bar staff even though we are always overlooked when ordering. I guess that's just a training issue. I will return though.
Very nice place with extremely nice staff. Nice and bright in side very clean and at quiet periods the staff came to check on us and to see if anyone wanted another drink. And they also had a friendly laugh with customers.
We discovered here 2 years ago on Christmas Eve and we have been frequent visitors since.Staff are lovely! Always accommodating, food is amazing with very generous portions. I love their fish cakes and miss their cajun chicken!! My favourite place!
