We are never disappointed when we come for lunch here. The oysters are delicious and so is the link sterling. We tried the scallops this time and they are full of flavour too. Great restaurant!
Lovely little no frills eatery. Enjoyed a late lunch of Colchester Native Oyster & fish and chips, washed down with a nice bottle of Shiraz. Sat at outside tables to finish our wine and enjoy the sunset. Highly recommend. I will be back.
This place is great for food on the island. We love it! The staff are all friendly, the scallops are next level. My wife assures me that the oysters are spectacular ( I'm not keen on them anywhere myself ) easy to park here which is gold dust for mersea island. There is an outside eating area for when the weather is nice, or if you are well wrapped up and fancy braving it!
